About Elevate Working

Elevate Working is a senior-led advisory and build practice focused on automating internal operations at mid-market specialty insurance brokers, MGAs, and retail P&C firms. It is not an agency. Engagements are led personally by [Founder Name] and capped at a small number of active clients at a time.

The practice draws on two decades of work at the intersection of strategy, workforce design, and enterprise software — most of it inside professional services firms. That history spans designing, building, and commercializing an enterprise workforce-analytics product end-to-end, and later founding and leading a data engineering and data science practice serving financial services, healthcare, and industrial clients.

Two things make this background unusual for an automation advisor. First, the work spans both sides of enterprise software — building and commercializing real products, not just advising on them. That means a clear-eyed view of what shipping a real workflow into a real business actually requires, including the parts that are uncomfortable. Second, the analytical foundation is engineering-trained: systems and throughput first, features second.

Elevate Working exists because mid-market specialty insurance firms keep getting stuck between vendor sales pitches and bandwidth-constrained internal IT. Specialty brokers and MGAs in particular are sitting on the highest-ROI automation opportunity of their lifetimes. The work is too senior for a freelance developer and too small for a Big Four engagement. That's the gap this practice was built to fill.

We take on a small number of engagements at any time — typically two to four active clients — because the work is hands-on and we won't dilute it.
